Briefing sign-on

This method statement has been issued. Names already on the sheet are fixed, but you can brief and sign on a new starter here — the PDF regenerates and the content stays unchanged.

Additional sections

Add a text or table section and choose Insert after — it appears in that place on this form and on the PDF. To replace a standard section (e.g. COSHH) with your own table, use Remove section on the built-in card first. Save a section to the library to reuse it on any project.
